moove & GROOVE

Groove dance class meet every Tuesday

1.30pm-2.30 pm.

Whatever your fitness level, all are welcome. Groove is about moving your body in a gentle way that works for you so come and get your groove on and let loose. Bring a bottle of water and wear comfy clothing.

Senior Net gives those adults over (50+) an opportunity to get on the Internet and learn about new technology and computer skills.

Assistance from coaches of similar age groups. Learn in a fun and friendly way.
